Two-Phase Approach
A structured methodology to identify, validate, and connect with buyers.
Objective
Identify importers, distributors or other profiles of potential buyers that meet the criteria provided by the client, in the target market.
Scope
- Lists are made by HS CODE at 6 digits of the Harmonized System, provided by the interested party together with an export brochure or web references
- Minimum of 5 VALIDATED importing/distributing companies (existing and active) in the requested markets.
- Verification of key company information, including active business registration, contact details, and operational status.
Deliverable
Customized 5 International Buyer List containing company name, country, and website for exporter validation
Objective
Generate virtual meetings with potential buyers, validated by the exporter in Phase 1, interested in the company’s products in markets of opportunity.
Scope
- Coordination of at least confirmed virtual appointments with potential buyers, distributors and/or partners interested in your products
- Appointments made through Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, or buyer’s preferred platform
- Business agenda delivered five days before meeting dates with scheduled appointments
Deliverable
Business Agenda with at least 3 appointments with confirmed international buyers interested in your products
Budget & Timeline
Clear, transparent pricing per individual company/target market
The Total Service Package costs €2,200, covering Phase 1 (€900) for a minimum of five qualified buyers delivered in 10 days after kick-off, and Phase 2 (€1,300) for at least three business meetings delivered within 40–60 days, payable upon completion. No additional cost if the buyers list needs to be changed or modified.
