A new mandatory customs cargo pre-registration system known as Advance Cargo Information (ACI) will be implemented from 1 July 2021.

Cargo data and documents (commercial invoice and final or initial Bill of Lading) will need to be pre-lodged at least 48 hours before cargo is shipped from exporting countries. The system is being introduced to increase border safety and security. Click for more.
