SCA-Partner assisted an Irish manufacturer of specialized in educational toys, that was looking to better understand its competitors’ operations in East Africa. We undertook a project to identify and profile the leading players in the industry, in turn based on interviews with the competitors, and their distributors and customers. Our report provided in-depth profiles of the key international competitors in the surfacing solutions market in East Africa, a summary of their operations across the region, their product and pricing structure, their distributor network, as well as descriptions of their key projects. Our report helped our client better understand the competitiveness of their products, and how best to structure their local operations
