Manufacturer of Medical Disposable Devices products
We offered an experienced team of local export managers for the Lectrobar company, based in Egypt. They wanted to internationalize or expand their current market to Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Zambia and Uganda. One of our team served as their local export manager, who created go-to-market and growth strategies to capture Kenyan, Nigerian, Zambian, Tanzanian, and Ugandan markets and helped set up their distribution channels, get their sales going and expand their coverage.
THIS IS WHAT OUR LOCAL EXPORT MANAGERS TYPICALLY WILL DO:

Objective Identifying local partners and distributors who can support you in your growth.
Activities Month 1-3
• Preparing a market verification report and entry strategy.
• Compiling a long-list of potential partners
• Finding at least three interested and suitable distributors or local partners
Month 4-6
• Joining you in the first calls with potential partners.
• Working to a contract and first order.
• Setting up local distributor management
Month 7-9
• Finding more distribution channels.
• Additional business development and public relations.
• Channel target setting and management.
Deliverables In general, this leads to at least one suitable and interesting company. We set up a first call or meeting between the lecrobar team and these companies. We recruited electrical contractors, MEP contractors, Agents, and Distributors for them
