DESIRED TRANSACTIONS: The Funder will fund invoices, purchase orders, inventory and companies with
strong counterparties, i.e., governments, municipalities, strong corporates, etc.
DEAL SIZE
- MINIMUM: US$1 million or its equivalent
- MAXIMUM: US$4 million or its equivalent
TERM: Less than 1-year.
INTEREST RATE: Determined on a case-by-case basis and depends on creditworthiness of the counterparty, requested term, jurisdiction, etc.
MNCAA FEES MNCAA does not charge upfront fees on Short Financing; we general charge a Success Fee of 5% of the amount raised

d) There must be a low level of performance that is required under a purchase order or contract.
- MINIMUM INFORMATION REQUIRED
A. PURCHASE ORDERS:
- 1.A copy of the applicable purchase order with description of the terms of payment;

B. INVOICE DISCOUNTING:
