  2. Pre-qualified 5 finalists through on-the-ground due diligence by our Lagos representative.
  3. Secured a fast-track briefing with the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade & Investment to clarify SON certification pathways.
  4. Hosted a curated 3-day buyer roadshow in Lagos with C-level introductions and signed NDAs.

03 · RESULTS

  • 3 exclusive regional distribution agreements signed within 90 days.
  • First container shipped and invoiced in week 11 — ahead of plan.
