The Strategic partners serves as the primary point of contact and lead consultant in the manufacturer’s home region. These partners are typically established export specialists, trade associations, chambers of commerce, or trade financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
✓Engage with manufacturers interested in African expansion
✓Present service proposals and secure service agreements
✓Develop comprehensive ‘Manufacturer Profile Reports’
✓Act as strategic adviser throughout project lifecycle
Compensation
✓25-40% of the Service Fee per signed manufacturer
Local Experts
Africa (Target Markets)
Market Execution & Distribution
The local experts acts as our ‘on-the-ground’ execution partner within the specific African country of interest. While much of the work is conducted remotely, they facilitate physical site visits and local representation when required.
Key Responsibilities
✓Identify and vet high-quality African retailers and distributors
✓Initiate contact with local stakeholders
✓Pitch manufacturer’s products and gauge commercial interest
✓Manage local relationships and assist in Distribution Agreements
Compensation
✓60-75% of the success fee upon securing a local distribution agreement
Industry Expert
Globally
Technical & INDUSTRY Advisory
Industry experts are specialized consultants (e.g., regulatory experts, supply chain specialists) who provide the technical ‘know-how’ necessary to ensure project compliance and continuity.
Key Responsibilities
✓Conduct structured 1-on-1 advisory sessions
✓Execute time-bound assignments for market entry needs
✓Provide ongoing embedded support (20–40 hours per month)
✓Deliver targeted market insights and due diligence
Compensation
✓Custom- Project Fee negotiated per project based on expertise and hourly involvement.
