Local Knowledge in Nairobi and Kampala.
Nairobi traffic is heavy at peak hours and Entebbe to Kampala can take over an hour, so we plan pick-up times with that in mind. Distances are approximate: Nairobi National Park is about 7 km from the city centre, Entebbe Airport about 40 km from Kampala and the Source of the Nile about 80 km from Kampala.

Entry and Visa Guidance
Most visitors need an online Kenya eTA, and Uganda issues an online e-visa. The East Africa Tourist Visa can cover Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda on one trip. Rules, fees and health requirements. (including yellow fever certificates for Uganda) change, so we confirm the current position for your nationality when you book.
Hotel Booking
We book hotels in Nairobi and Kampala close to your meetings, venue or event, with preferred rates where available. Send us your dates, location and budget.
Transfers
Private transfers between the airports, hotels, meeting venues and tour start points in Nairobi and Kampala. Nairobi traffic is heavy at peak hours and Entebbe to Kampala can take over an hour, so we plan pick-up times with that in mind.
